  • Understanding Healing and Trauma: A 6 week series: Lead by Erica Altier, Trauma Therapist-LSW and Cheryl Dupler, 200 Hr RYT, Sound Bath Practitioner and Expressive Arts Facilitator at The Factory of Ideas in New Lexington.

Join us for this 6 week series every Thursday in June and July from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Donation based class. Pay what you can - 0-$25. Learn about stored trauma and how we hold onto it in our bodies. Then learn how we can move it out of our body using somatic breathwork, movement and sound. No class the week of July 4th. This is a safe space. Come as you are: present and sober.

  • Resonance: An immersive experience utilizing gentle movements, breath, sound bath and sound bowl massage. Also featuring Tesla lights.

Sound Baths

Adding to my yoga tool box, I am adding sound healing. I am using quartz crystal bowls (432 hz), Koshi Chimes and a hollow handle crystal bowl. Please check back for pop-up classes.

Yoga Retreat 2026:

I will be hosting a Yoga Retreat in Ohio in the beautiful Hocking Hills this year or the year after. This will be for a small group of 5 -7 women.
